Please note:

Recent changes (a 70% increase) to the UK postage rates for printed papers sent outside the UK have meant that the price of a pattern for overseas buyers is now about 80% of the cost of the item. I can only apologise for this as I have simply transparently passed the increase on to the buyer. The only mitigation I can offer is to ensure a reduction of excess postage for multiple items shipped together.

Wool brand: Courtellon, Courtelle Crepe DK, or Tricel Nylon Crepe.

Wool weight: Double knitting
Tension (10cmx10cm): 24sts x 30 rows

Leaflet dimensions: approx. 9x7 inches
Number of pages: Folded sheet

Price: SOLD

Description: Stylish short length, plain knit, sweater, with low round neck and set in sleeves. Options for three-quarter and short sleeve, with instructions for plain or striped version. As usual for the 70s, model wears the short sleeves over a shirt; however, from memory, three-quarter sleeves were not so common.

Pattern size: Chest size 34 - 38inches

Wool quantity required: 10-12 balls.
Note that I do not know the size of the balls - but given that the suggested brands are all synthetics, and the style is a skimpy short sleeved sweater it seems possible they are 25g.

Needle size: Nos 8 and 10 (4mm and 3¼mm) needles.
