Vintage Patterns: Man's textured cardigan II

Please note:

Recent changes (a 70% increase) to the UK postage rates for printed papers sent outside the UK have meant that the price of a pattern for overseas buyers is now about 80% of the cost of the item. I can only apologise for this as I have simply transparently passed the increase on to the buyer. The only mitigation I can offer is to ensure a reduction of excess postage for multiple items shipped together.

Description: "Saddle shoulder special - exceptionally comfortable design".
This is a cardigan for men made with a continuous twisted stitch which makes a tiny cable over 2 stitches without using a cable needle.
"Triple knitting" yarn appeared in all the main manufacturers product lines in the 1960s; although more or less an Aran or worsted weight it did not seem to become popular enough to gain the traction in the UK to replace double knitting as the standard yarn.
