Vintage Patterns: Chunky fisherman's rib sweater

Please note:

Recent changes (a 70% increase) to the UK postage rates for printed papers sent outside the UK have meant that the price of a pattern for overseas buyers is now about 80% of the cost of the item. I can only apologise for this as I have simply transparently passed the increase on to the buyer. The only mitigation I can offer is to ensure a reduction of excess postage for multiple items shipped together.

Description: Traditional man's sweater in fisherman's rib type stitch - but knitted in a novelty yarn. As far as I can tell the yarn is in the double knitting range recommended for normal knitting on 3-3½mm needles; 50g is about 85 metres and composition is 44% viscose, 33% acrylic, 23% mohair. [You can probably still buy it on eBay in Germany!].
