Please note:

Recent changes (a 70% increase) to the UK postage rates for printed papers sent outside the UK have meant that the price of a pattern for overseas buyers is now about 80% of the cost of the item. I can only apologise for this as I have simply transparently passed the increase on to the buyer. The only mitigation I can offer is to ensure a reduction of excess postage for multiple items shipped together.

1940s Nostalgia I: eyelet lace yoke

Description: Mostly plain sweater with an eyelet patterned yoke; the yoke is knitted in the round on 4 needles. The 1980s saw what I believe to be the first manifestation of an interest in retro styles; this was styles of the 1940s - with narrow skirts and square shoulders (somewhat ahead of the huge padded shoulders that became the 1980s trademark). This pattern is one of Sirdar's "Nostalgia" series.
The pattern is in new condition.
