Vintage Patterns: Pretty Scandinavian-style hat and gloves

Please note:

Recent changes (a 70% increase) to the UK postage rates for printed papers sent outside the UK have meant that the price of a pattern for overseas buyers is now about 80% of the cost of the item. I can only apologise for this as I have simply transparently passed the increase on to the buyer. The only mitigation I can offer is to ensure a reduction of excess postage for multiple items shipped together.

Description: Long cap with tassel in "paper-dolls"pattern. It works up very prettily - see the one I made pictured below in blue and cream. Sizing says 6-8 years but I made the smallest size for a 3 year old, which was fine as the hat is quite stretchy, and toddlers tend to have large heads; I did make the gloves dramatically smaller though. Both hat and mittens are knitted on 2 needles.
